1) Digital Goods – No Refunds

All purchases made on the Pixals Store are for digital virtual goods (ranks, cosmetics, perks, in-game items, and other non-physical products).

Once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered, all sales are final and no refunds are provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Player dissatisfaction
• Loss of access due to rule violations
• Inability to use a product due to compatibility or personal reasons

2) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Zero Tolerance)

Initiating a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal is treated as an attempt to obtain digital goods without payment and is considered a severe violation of Pixals rules.

If a player files a chargeback or dispute (including through PayPal or their bank), Pixals will apply the following actions:

• Immediate permanent ban from Pixals Network
• Removal of all purchased items, ranks, perks, and cosmetics
• No reinstatement, even if the dispute is later canceled

These actions may be applied automatically and are irreversible.

3) Scope & Effective Date (No Retroactive Punishment)

This policy applies only to purchases made after the policy’s effective date. Purchases completed before the effective date are governed by the rules in effect at the time of purchase.

4) Buyer Responsibility

By completing a purchase on the Pixals Store, the buyer confirms that they:

• Understand the product is digital and non-refundable
• Accept the consequences of chargebacks or disputes
• Agree to the Pixals Store Terms and Pixals Network Rules

Failure to read these terms does not exempt the buyer from them.

5) Abuse Prevention & Enforcement

Pixals Network reserves the right to protect the store and community from payment abuse, including (but not limited to):

• Refusing service to users involved in payment abuse or fraud
• Blocking future purchases from accounts linked to chargebacks/disputes
• Applying additional security checks for suspicious transactions
